Mission Flint
Mission Flint is a grassroots activist organization based out of New York that works to deliver clean, FREE water to citizens of Flint Michigan alongside holding community events and clinical programs. Lauren DeLeon is the director of communications and outreach for this non-profit. As of recently, the free water pods in Flint have been shut down and Mission Flint, alongside many other organizations, is working tirelessly to get as much water to Flint's citizens as possible. Each pallet of water donated costs about $166 and contains 40 cases of water of 48 half liter bottles. If you want to know more about Mission Flint you can contact us on Facebook or through Lauren.
Currently, Mission Flint is partnering with The Public Theatre in NYC on their new show "cullud wattah" by Erika Dickerson-Despenza.
